Aecara leather goods are covered by a limited warranty that applies to the original owner for a period of one year from the delivery date. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Leather is a natural product, and the warranty does not cover leather’s inherent aesthetic and physical characteristics. These include marks, lines, wrinkles, and color and texture variations leather exhibits when new. Leather changes both as it is used and as it ages, and this warranty does not cover those changes, including but not limited to scratches and stains, worn edges and corners, color and texture changes, fading, stretching, dryness and cracking. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, neglect, or damage caused by items placed in or on the product. The warranty does not cover incidental and consequential damage such as damage to items placed in or on the product, damage to items the product is attached to, or loss of use of any such item. The warranty does not cover any loss or damage resulting from failure to observe the Use and Care Instructions provided in the FAQ. The warranty does not cover any damage that arises during shipment and delivery, or while the product is awaiting retrieval by the end user. To the extent permitted by law, the manufacturer disclaims all implied warranties and conditions, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To make a claim under the warranty, please contact us through the website and let us know the nature of the problem. We reserve the right to repair the product or to replace it with a repaired or refurbished product. The warranty does not cover return shipping costs.
