1. Where do you ship? What are your Shipping Policies?
We ship only to US addresses. We offer free shipping via USPS Priority Mail. Sales tax will be added to orders shipped to Florida addresses. We make every effort to ship within 2 business days after receiving your order. All products are double-boxed and safeguarded against water intrusion for extra protection. We provide tracking information for every shipment. Please note that COVID-19 may affect USPS delivery schedules.
In the event your product is delivered in damaged condition, please maintain the packaging as received – do not open or otherwise alter the package. If possible, please take photos of the package. Contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Please provide your order number and a description of the damage and attach photos of the package. We will follow up with you after reviewing the information provided.

2. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit and debit cards. We also accept Paypal.  

3. Where are your products made?
Our products are made in California and in Florida.

4. Are your products available in more than one color?
Currently the TechStash is available in medium brown, and the TeckPad is available in tan and dark brown, as shown on the product pages. We plan to expand the color and texture pallets as we grow.     

5. Do your products have a distressed finish?
The TeckStash and the tan TeckPad are made using Italian leathers with distressed finishes. Each finish enhances the leather's natural qualities, giving each piece its own unique character. Both of these leathers have lighter and darker areas. Both of the TeckPads exhibit varying textures. In short, no two products are identical.   

6. Do you offer a warranty?
We offer a one-year limited warranty. Click here to view the full warranty.

7. Will the TeckStash work with my bed? How is it installed?  

Please see the TeckStash Compatibility page for examples of the types of beds the TeckStash is, and is not, compatible with. Visit the TeckStash Installation page for complete instructions. If you encounter an issue during installation, please contact us as we may be able to help. 

8. Can I charge my device while it is in the TeckStash?

Yes. Place the device in the pouch with the charging port facing up, so the cable exits the pouch from the top. If your device extends above the top of the pouch, consider using a right-angle charging cable, as shown below.

9. How should I use and care for my products?
When it comes to leather, the old saying “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure” definitely applies. As with all fine leather goods, exercising care during use will prolong your product's beauty.

Small scratches on the leather can often be removed simply by rubbing them with your finger for a few seconds. The leather will absorb your skin’s natural oils and return to its original color. If you need something a bit stronger, try a natural beeswax leather balm. Search that phrase online and you will find recipes for making it at home, and ready-made products from a variety of sellers.    

Because leather is absorbent, many stains, and especially ink and other oily substances, penetrate the leather and can be impossible to remove without affecting the leather. Take care if using pens or markers near the TeckPad, or if placing them in the TeckStash.

If your product gets wet, blot the damp area with a clean, dry cloth or a paper towel to remove as much of the moisture as possible, then let it dry naturally. Do not apply heat to speed the drying. Never place leather goods in the washer or dryer.

For simple dusting, use a soft, clean, dry cloth or duster. Avoid using household cleaning products, and avoid using all colored polishes, including those made for leather. These polishes are likely to leave an uneven finish, and because they penetrate the leather, the uneven appearance can’t be reversed.

Using the TeckStash
The TeckStash is designed to hold lightweight items such as tablet computers, e-readers, small books and notebooks, and remote controls. Avoid placing liquids, food items and other unintended items in the pouch. Oversize items can stretch the leather and deform the pouch. The TeckStash is designed to hold up to five pounds, however the actual amount of weight it will hold depends on the nature and quality of the installation.

TeckStash Anchor Care

One end of the Anchor incorporates hook material (as in hook-and-loop) designed to firmly grab and hold on to other fibers. It does this very well, and for this reason,  care must be taken when cleaning it. Should the Anchor require cleaning, we recommend gently hand washing and rinsing it alone, followed by line drying. Do not place the Anchor in a washing machine or a dryer with other items.

10. Can you personalize or gift wrap items for me?

We are unable to offer those services at this time.

11. Can I exchange my purchase, or return it for a refund?

The original purchaser may return an item for a refund provided the item is in new condition and the request for return and refund is initiated within 30 days from the delivery date. After 30 days, we are not able to accept a return or issue a refund.

To initiate a return for refund, please contact us  and send us your order number and the reason for the return. Once we review your return request, we will follow up with you via email.

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will update you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be credited within 2 business days to the same form of payment used to make the purchase.

Please note that we do not reimburse the cost of return shipping, and we are unable to offer a refund should your returned shipment be lost or damaged in transit, so please pack the product carefully and use tracking when returning it to us.     

Because our products are available in limited quantities, and because no two products are identical (due to natural leather variations), we do not offer exchanges.
