Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
The original purchaser may return an item in new condition by initiating a return within 30 days from the delivery date. After 30 days, we are not able to accept a return.
To initiate a return, please contact us through the website and send us your order number and the reason for the return. Once we review your return request, we will follow up with you via email.
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will update you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be credited within 2 business days to the same form of payment used to make the purchase.
Please note that we do not reimburse the cost of return shipping, and we are unable to offer a refund should your returned shipment be lost or damaged in transit, so please pack the product carefully and use tracking when returning it to us.
Due to the limited and unique nature of our products (given leather variations, no two look exactly alike), we do not offer exchanges.
